According to official notices in English and Chinese, the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) has made open data compilations of its patents and trade marks available on its website. Related data, such as legal status information, dual filing cases, etc. is also available. The data is available free-of-charge via a public platform (Chinese language only). The platform is synchronised with the latest updates of TIPO's patent and trade mark gazette.
